Vgetty, USR Sportster Voice 33.6K. Playback speed too fast!

Hi,

I'm using vgetty (included with Mgetty 1.1.7), and a USR Sportser Voice
33.6K modem. I have vgetty working for the most part; however, I'm
having some trouble with the playback speed. If I set my computer to
38400 bps, everything works well, except the played voice files are of
poor quality, and sound grainy. If I set my computer to a faster speed,
like 56Kbps, the quality is much better; however, the playback rate is
too fast. Anyone have any ideas?
