There is no way yet to do that (hmmm, actually there is: you could do it
with "chat" from "cnd-program"), and depending on the telephone billing
structure, this may be very antisocial behaviour. Over here, picking up
means the caller has to pay the first calling unit (0.12 DM), even if you
hang up immediately afterwards.
