Sharing serial device between vgetty and outgoing pppd

Hi!

I'm having troubles sharing the serial device between vgetty and pppd. I'm
using ver 1.1.17, and vgetty is running, but when i wanna dial out with
pppd, it just says "Device/Resource busy".

Yes, both pppd and mgetty/vgetty are configured to use the same device,
/dev/tty01 in my case.

Even vm says the same thing when I try to record or play messages, but it
plays and records messages correctly when dialing voice in to the modem.

Any suggestions?
