Auto_PPP and FreeBSD

I never had any success with /dev/ttydX but /dev/cuaaX works fine.  Are you
using iijppp or kernel ppp (pppd)?  My perference is to use the kernel ppp
stuff with mgetty.

Let me know if you would like to compare config files, etc.
