init is respwaning too fast... Help

Could be a hardware problem with the modem, the serial cable, or the port.
Try swapping modems around, and see whether the problem changes with the
modem, or stays at the port.

Hmmm.  I miss an entry for ttyC3.

Show the log file, btw.
