vgetty: no voice modem detected

Hi !

while installing vgetty from latest mgetty release (aug17) i got in
/var/log/vgetty-ttyS0 log-file one message that told me that the modem
was recognized as US-Robotics voice modem and a second one that toldme
that the modem was no voice modem.

as the modem is a no-name 56k modem (Aworama) i was wondering what this
might be. after a look in the detect.c file i found the problem: the
modem gave a unknown ATI response ("5601"). After adding an extra line
to detect.c with this new ATI string and recompiling the modem was
recognized as US-Robotics and is working fine.
