Hi,

I think, now it is ready for use:
http://alpha.greenie.net/modembase/html-data/

Now it is up to you to fill the database with your experiences. I've still
started and entered all AT-Command-Sets of Modems I have. And there have
also been some nice people who helped my during testing in the last weeks.

How to use:

To read what we still have:
http://alpha.greenie.net/modembase/html-data/ shows you an overview of
modemtypes and firmwares, still isted in the database. If you use the
link behind the special Modem with firmware you are interested in, you
will get all informations about it. (AT-Command-Set, special
  experiences).

The values listet in the Overview are the general experiences. more
detailled values are on the page.

To fill in your own experiences:

look at http://alpha.greenie.net/modembase/html-data/ if your modem and
firmware are still listed:
YES: simply fill out the form
NO: start witch entering the AT-Command-Set for this type and firmware,
then fill out the normal form.
If you don't can/want to answer all questions: leave them out.
Additional comments are optional.

Your name and Email-Address are only used for comments (see
http://alpha.greenie.net/modembase/html-data/zyxel1496.html#1.0 for
example on the bottom of the page)

If you try to enter your experiences without entering an AT-Command-set
before, your entries won't be left - I'll get an Email to enter them
manually.
