3Com USR faxmodem ??

I'm a little confused about these 3Com USR modems.  If I'd known ...

Anyway, could someone tell me if my modem is a Courier,
a Sportster or some new designation by 3Com?

U.S. Robotics 56K FAX INT V4.9.1

I have had no problems receiving faxes and have been able
to send faxes albeit inconsistently.
