Uh, no.  The name "USR" was dropped, but they still build "Courier"
modems, and develop new software releases for it.  Believe me, I'm
working with them :-)

(3com doesn't import Couriers to Germany anymore, which pisses a lot of
people off, but MMS does, so not all is lost [www.mms.de])
