I don't know, but for me I did not find any infos to do wav <-> rmd directly.
But the pvf tools work perfectly.

Yes, you have PalMail-0.98, tcl/tk front-end, and kvoice-0.3, kde front-end.
Both work well.

PalMail: well I found this crazy site after ~2 years of failures :-\ .

and kvoice can be found on ftp://ftp.kde.org . Last version works well for me (v
0.3, the 0.2 seemed buggy).

I am not sure of that. A g3 file is a kind of bitmap-like file, and that should
be difficult to make such transition.
