Need urgent HELP with mgetty

I have a freeBSD server and I'm running mgetty to allow login to the
server.
Mgetty is actully working just fine, but I want to be able to connect
with
a PPP connection ,thus allowing users to login and surf the web on
WINdows
based Dial-up networking.  From what I've read this is supposed to be
easy
setting up, but after work  at it a day, I'm running out of ideas.
