The minumim number of ip's we use is one ip per dialup port.  This a proven
method, you should request more ip's
We then run a script which ties each dialup port to a set ip, if you need a
script we can send you the one we use..

/etc/mgetty+sendfax/login.conf
/AutoPPP/ -     -       /etc/ppp/ppp.sh

/etc/ppp/ppp.shexec /usr/sbin/pppd -mru modem proxyarp defaultroute
205.162.201.6:$MYIP

205.162.201 is the system ip
$MYIP assigns a valid IP from a pool of 16 ip's
