newbie: USR 56K Faxmodem

Hi,

receiving faxes and sending faxes to modems work very fine, but sending
to a normal faxmachine always fails.
"... *FHS:-4,..." sais the Faxlog-file

I worked through all the documentation and manuals for mgetty 1.1.19,
tried everything but now I donīt know any further.

Modem: USR 56K Faxmodem Firmware 11.1.11
