Yes there is! Don't read the sources, read the doku first ;-)
Use "new_fax" (a shell-script, usually called by mgetty / vgetty,
after a fax has been received)
There is an example in this newsgroup. Look for the article
"new_voice and new_fax scripts" by Craig Southeren (11.09.99).
I installed different scripts on different linux-machines and: "Yes, it
works!"
