Receive fax in version.21

Hi,

I had been using version 1.1.14 until a week ago. I have my own script
to process incoming voice calls to vgetty. If this detects a fax tone,
it returns 2 so that mgetty will take over and process the fax. I
noticed the fax receive function stopped working after I installed
1.1.21.

I went back to .14 and sure enough it all worked again. I had changed
nothing in the .conf files, of course.

I have created logs of a fax receive with both versions. I prefer to
avoid clogging the list with these huge log files, so I have placed them
at http://www.deverse.com/mgetty/

The modem is a Zoom 56kx external using Rockwell chipset.
