Just install and configure my new_fax script. It will accept an incoming fax
from mgetty and do the following:

	- add a header to each page containing the time and date, source phone
number and page number
	- resize lores faxes
	- join multiple pages into a multipage TIFF file
	- send the whole thing as MIME attachment to an email address of your
choice
