sending multiple pages

New installed Mgetty works fine on my Suse 5.3.

To do faxes I produce ps.files with my scanner and Gimp.
To send them, I use "faxspool" followed by "faxrunq".
At the moment, if there are several pages  in one fax I have to
send them one by one, as different Jobs.

How can I queue the files so they are one job to be sent?

I guess it's "g3cat" but couldnt make it out from what I read in the
man page.

Perhaps someone can give me more clues. 
Best would be a commandline;-)
