Is this "Eddie Carpenter's Windows client for mgetty (test this!)" ?

I've tried to get there in the past, and again today but that site doesn't seem 
to work.  If it is very good is it available from anywhere else?

Second question: Is there a way to set mgetty's number of rings after which to 
answer the phone to be dependant on the distinctive ring type?  (RING1=answer 
after 5 rings, RING2=answer after 2 rings, etc)
