Change in FAQ maintenance

Hi everybody,

just to let you know Marc Schaeffer volunteered to take over tha FAQ. He
proposed it to me a while ago already, but first I declined. At the
moment, though, I'm deep in work and in the last week(s) read the
mailing list only cursory. So I guess there's no point in beeing greedy
and trying to stay as FAQ maintainer. 

I will, however, if Marc (and Gert) don't decide something else, provide
the web server for the FAQ. Marc can get an ftp account, if he so
wishes.
