Off Topic: Least Cost Router Software

I know this is off topic,

but has anyone got a linux program to dial out using the cheapest
service provider? I am tired of looking up the additional prefix, typing
long numbers, etc. (This is most probably only interesting for people
from within Germany.)

Perhaps your answer should not include a CC to the list, if anybody is
interested in the answers for this email I can forward them directly...
