Wrong remark. Please elaborate.
Holland happens to be in Europe. We definitely have not any 'european
standard'. Except for Sweden, there are hardly any other countries offering
caller-ID by DTMF.
The only good thing about it is that we receive the caller-ID signal just
BEFORE the first RING.
This offers the nice possibility to cut off any undesired RINGs in time!
The Sound of Silence. :-)
(Whell, you'll need a fast computer. The RING starts immedialtely after the
DTMF sequence).
