This raises an interesting question: does this tool use perl/tk, or
tkperl?  They are different, you know.  Besides, tkperl is no longer
being maintained.  The .21 distribution of mgetty tends to imply that
the tkperl package iss needed.  I gave up trying to find a source
distribution for it.
