"silent" acceptance of phone calls

Hi
I installed mgetty on a FreeBSD machine where there are calls out at regular
time intervalls via "uucico -s uucp-provider", the rest of time the
modem (ELSA 56 K) shall be prepared for dial-in controlled by an appropriate
mgetty process on the computers serial port.
All works fine, and with the ATMO-command for initialization the uucico-
call-out I succeeded in keeping the modem's speaker silent when
dialing out at night.
Unfortunately, I haven't managed yet to stop the modem from acoustically rin-
ging when someone tries to dial-in, and also the characteristic noise then is
heard via the modem's speaker when there's the negotiation of the protocol
between the two participating modems.
What do I have to change to keep the modem silent both for dial-out an dial-
in-service?
(e.g. how is init-str and the other AT-strings spelled in mgetty.config?)
Ciao, Peter
