call back a calling user

Hallo!
Due to security we would like to have call-back-solution on our 
ppp-server (linux, mgetty) like e.g. with Carbon Copy:

  1. The user calls in, gives his login-ID
  2. The server breaks the line
  3. The server has a table with login-ID and call-back-number
  4. The server calls back the number from that table.
  5. The session is installed, after the user accepts the call

Does someone know a solution?
