fax receiving error: +FHNG: 73 (T.30 T2 timeout)

Hello
In general mgetty works fine for me and fax receiving works too.
But from some opponents I cannot receive faxes, I get an error:
+FHNG: 73 (T.30 T2 timeout, expected page not received)
(sorry, I haven't any idea what kind of fax devices they own)
Establish connection and transmit fax id works fine, but no page will be
received :-(
Is there anything wrong in my configuration of mgetty or is it a problem
of my modem?

- modem: slimline 14400 (seems to be Rockwell)
