mgetty 0.99 productive?

*grin* -- I admit that the docs are wide-spread and sometimes confusing :)

Actually, it is like in the linux kernel, the "odd" numbers are test
releases, with a date stamp, while the "even" numbers are real "releases"
(just *one* 0.98). Nevertheless, 0.99 is quite stable, since I didn't
change any basic things (yet).
