Resetting Dynalink Modems

Hi all,

Have you ever experienced an anoying flashing of the mr led on an v1414vqe
dynalink (== dutch ptt modem, dutch veronica modem, dutch escom modem,...),
and didn't the modem react anymore... Add <DLE><ETX> to your init string.

The modem can't be reset when in voice mode using the dtr line. Somehow the
modem sometimes stays in this mode, have not discovered why yet. At least now
vgetty can reset my modem.

P.S.: sorry if this problem was already known. Still using 0.22 :)
