Status of Rockwell chipset support for voice-modems

The voice commands for the chipset are publicly available on the
rockwell www site (try on www.rockwell.com). They are not very
different from those of the Zyxels.

The voice format is "documented" in the form of a >10K assembler
file which does the encoding/decoding. A "C" converter which does
decompression is in the latest vgetty sources.
