Status of Rockwell chipset support for voice-modems

The voice format is "documented" in the form of a >10K assembler
file which does the encoding/decoding. A "C" converter which does
decompression is in the latest vgetty sources.
Yes, I tried that WWW-site already. However I found the documentation
a little bit to confusing to implement it for myself...
