Elsa 56k - Firmware later than 1.29

Hi,

answering a incoming data call with vgetty (yes, latest version too)
succeeds using a Highscreen BahnBoostar=Elsa Microlink 56k Modem with
Firmware 1.29:

and fails using Firmware 1.52 or 1.46:
