Hi !
I am using SuSE Linux 5.0, mgetty 1.1.17. When i was using the
scsi-kernel (AHA1542) that comes with the distribution i could could use
my Arowana 56k Modem via mgetty and minicom. NP ! Then i compiled a new
kernel and neither mgetty nor minicom are finding the modem anymore. so
was is wrong ? I didn't change any hardware nor software except for the
kernel. Yes, serial support is added to the kernel. And even the mouse
on ttyS0 is working (with gmp).

Thanks for your help

O.

Here come the logs and configs
