Hmmm.  So, is there anybody out there who is willing to look into the
voice code, and help Frank debugging the ELSA stuff?

Fax alone is something I can do, but the problem in this case seems to be
voice/fax integration, and I don't have time to look into that.

I have made contacts at ELSA, so I can "pipeline" bug reports to them,
but someone with voice knowledge will have to do the "pinpointing" of 
the problem...
