Not too good. Try "toggle-dtr no", or setting the speed to 38400, for
starters.

ARGH. LOOK at the log file that you just posted -- modem initialization
does not succeed, so it doesn't matter *what* you put there, it won't
change anything. (AND NEVER EVER!!! DO ATS0=1!!!! UNLESS YOU HAVE TO).
