looking for the perfect modem???

hi everybody


looking for the perfect modem (i mean voice /fax/data operation) i 
found the MULTITECH      MT5634ZBA
it is 56K V90  that is good (of course also V.34)
it is fax class 2 it is also good for mgetty
and it is IS-101 voice commands  i think mgetty is 100%  IS-101???

so this seem to work good on all modes so i dont buy any modem yet 
and i would like to here any comments or ideas
