Courier gets error on HANGUP

Currently, I am troubleshooting this sendfax problem.

The real peculiarity is that I use the same type
of modem at home to the same number and it works.

The only leads I have is this detailed faxlog.

Any ideas anyone?  ANY pointers would be much
appreciated.
