AFAIK there is no modem which supports the German CLIP :-( 
Most modems use the international Caller Number Delivery standard (CND),
but the German Telekom uses a new European ETSI-Standard (Caller Line
Identification Protocol - CLIP) 

Zyxel for example does not support this new ETSI Standard:

Sicher nicht, da es internationale Standards für die Übertragung gibt,
diese
werden auch unterstützt, nur nicht in Deutschland.
