version 1.1.18 don't pick up a fax call

Hello,
with my ELSA Mircolink 56k i have a problem. If there is a fax call the
modem always try a voice connect. It can't switch to fax/data. What can i
do? Here is the out from '/var/log/vgetty.modem:
