It would be possible, but integration into mgetty would be SO ugly that
I'm not willing to do it.  You could get the data from the log file
("phone stopped ringing, rings=<n>").  Never forget that the RING signal
is asynchronous to the tone you hear on the calling side, so if you hear
two "tuuuut" sounds, it might have rung three times already, or only
once...

A better, because much more reliable, approach is to use an ISDN phone 
line and evaluate caller ID / destination MSN.
