This was the modem initialization, which works fine.
Now, where is the *incoming call*?

The log file, albeit quite short, shows that mgetty is doing fine: the
call is accepted, PPP is deteted, and the ppp daemon started.
Now you have to look at the PPP log file to see why it isn't working, it's
not a mgetty problem anymore.
