newslock fails

Hi,
I did some (lots ;-)) modifications to faxspool.
Using faxspool with different users, (root, test01, test02)
leads to errors like "can't lock .Seg.lock". Sometimes
rm says operation  not permitted, when trying to delete
the lock File.

When I delete both .Sequence and .Seg.lock a user (GID 501)
can run faxspool again. *As long* as faxspool is not executed
by another user. When another user executes faxspool it leads
rm to an error operation not omitted.
So the user can't run faxspool a second time because the Lockfiles
wasn't removed.

Both /var/spool/fax/outgoing/.Seq* files are marked 666.

What's wrong ?
