init chat failed

Hi all !
 I'm using mgetty 1.1.14-2 on a RedHat 5.1 running a PPP server 
In /etc/inittab I have
S0:234:respawn:/sbin/mgetty -D -x2 /dev/ttyC0 -s 57600
..............
S7:234:respawn:/sbin/mgetty -D -x2 /dev/ttyC0 -s 57600

I'm using a Cyclades 8 port ISA-bus and I have special modems that are
connected to ISDN BRA for serve two analogic users up to 56k (type Digicom
SNM70)

All goes ok but when a user hangup connection I have in var/log/messages

What is the matter in last 2 lines ?
After a few dialup connects, it's impossible for any user to connect
because modems aren't answer to the calls

I'm going to be mad !!
Please help me
