FW: Your FAX could not be spooled

Can anyone offer any advice why this should be occuring with the
mail2fax front-end program?  When I send a fax "manually" using
faxspool the fax is sent with no problems.  When I use mail2fax
however the fax is not even spooled, let alone sent.
