That's the same issue as Marc's "cnd-program enhancements".  I need to
rework the "incoming RING" code, and it's kind of tricky with the
ring-back, caller ID, cnd-program, toll-saver code all intermixed. So I
have to do it with full concentration and a couple of hours spare time,
which I wasn't able to find recently.
