Great!  You just volunteered to help us fixing it.

I think I have a pretty good contact to ELSA now, so that should be
doable.

BUT: I need your help for it.  Please write up a short report, what
exactly you're doing, what exactly is failing (point to log file),
which ELSA modem you're using, which firmware version(s), etc. 

This report can be in German :-)

I will then forward your report to ELSA, and then we'll see what will
happen.
