Please send the stuff to *me* - I'm pretty sure that ELSA will be more
happy to work with one contact person than with "dozens". Also, I think I
have the advantage that ELSA already knows me to be "knowledgeable" (thus
no usual support tips "please make sure your modem is switched on" :) ).
As soon as contact is established, I think you should talk directly to the
technician handling this case, but until then, I'd rather see it going
through me...
