Diamond Telecommander

I have a spare Diamond Telecommander which I wonder if anyone
else knows about, in terms of voice capability.  It has the Rockwell
chipset (manuals are long lost).  The chips say:

RCV288DPi R6682-24 (Rockwell 95)

L39/U L3903-57 (Rockwell 93)

OPTi 82C930A

And there are a few others....

I've ordered a Zyxel 1496E, but it's the 14.4 model and I'm not sure
if the ROMs are up-to-date, etc.  (it better be, for 200.00+ dollars).
