Just a short note, since I replied with a longer mail before: you *really*
want faxrunqd.  Locking concurrent things in shell code isn't something
for the weak of heart, and I'm not going to really tackle that can of
worms.  Faxrunqd was designed and tested for heavy-duty use, faxrunq not.
