passing info to other programs

The serial port number can be found via the "ttyname()" C function or the
"tty" shell command.

The caller ID etc. are passed as environment variables (retrieved by getenv).

Right now, only the CONNECT xxx string, using "\I".  (This is a hack
for "/bin/login -h \I @").
