More questions about sendfax...

I´ve got also problems with my ELSA 33.600 TQV Modem, when I send this 1000
faxes.
Sometimes, when the next job is run, the modem cannot init. and I can´t hear
any dialtone.
After a while faxsend exit with error 10 (No Carrier)

Is the a special init-string for my ELSA-Modem, od what can I do?

My next problem is, how to set the max tries?
I only wan´t to try 2 or 3 times.
But i´ve read, that this function is not impleted yet!
Can I set the max tries otherwise?

Call it from a loop...

That's normal, and documented - never found time to implement that.

That should work fine (except that you shouldn't use .TIF files, because
scaling will most likely result in bad quality).

What does "it doesn't work" mean? Does it give an error message? Does
your computer explode? Provide data!
