mass mailing with sendfax?

So what does the sendfax log file say in this case?

Sometimes mgetty's init is too fast for the ELSA, you could try setting
"open-delay 1000" in sendfax.config.

??!? surely it's implemented.  Just set the variables in faxrunq.config
according to "man faxrunq".
